What type of wax do you use?

We use a vegan soy wax blend! Soy wax is a natural, renewable resource derived from soybeans. It burns cleaner and produces less soot than traditional paraffin candles. It is also biodegradable and eco-friendly.

What is frosting?

Frosting is a natural and common occurrence that can happen with soy wax candles. If you spot a snowy, frosty look on your soy wax candle, don't worry-it's just frosting! It's a natural and totally harmless occurrence that gives our candles a unique touch. It won't affect the scent or performance at all. 

Are your candles truly vegan?

Yes, all our candles are 100% vegan, made using soy wax and plant-based ingredients. We do not use any animal-derived materials in our products.

Are your candles scented?

We offer scented and unscented candles to cater to a variety of customer preferences. We have listed all our fragrances on the following page. Our personal fav and best sellers is English Pear Freesia and Passionfruit Rio!

On the other hand, for customers with sensitive noses or those who prefer a fragrance-free ambiance, we also have a selection of unscented soy wax pillar candles. Whatever your preference, we have the perfect option for you!"

What’s the best way to burn my pillar candles?

Trim the wick ¼ from the base and use a proper candle holder or plate.

Due to the intricate details of our candles, the wax will drip onto the surface! So keep your furniture happy, keep away from pets and children and place a heat resistant tray underneath your candles. 

Are your candles handmade?

They sure are! All our candles are handcrafted in small batches by yours truly. We hand pour our candles, unmold and package them individually using our eco friendly wrapping paper and boxes.  

What is the burn time of your pillar candles?

The burn time on our candles vary depending on the size and design of the candle. Our candles are designed for decorative purposes however you can certainly burn them!

Due to the intricate details, the burn time can be very short however they are highly fragrant, so once you’ve burned down your candle, simply break them up and pop them in your wax warmer/melter!

How do I care for my soy wax pillar candles?

To ensure optimal performance, keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn and avoid burning for more than 2-4  hours at a time. Store the candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. (if left in the sunlight, your candles can change colour)

Please note that each candle is hand poured and will vary in appearance. Due to the vegan soy wax ingredients, frosting naturally occurs, this does not affect the quality of your candle.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes we do! we ship Australia wide via Standard Post and Express Shipping 

Please ensure you have entered your shipping details correctly as we cannot be responsible for errors in the address. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel however we will try our best to chase this up with Auspost.

What is your return and exchange policy and what if they arrive broken?

We take great pride in the quality of our candles, and we always ensure they are packaged correctly to prevent damages during transit. However, sometimes unexpected mishaps can occur during shipping.

Don't worry, though! Your satisfaction is essential to us. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We'll be more than happy to assist you and make things right. Just reach out to us and we'll take care of it.

We only accept exchanges for damaged items or wrong items, we have a 7 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please email us with your name, order number and pictures of the items to classiicollection@outlook.com If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
